Job Title:
Security Operations Coordinator Overview Main Patrol, Inc., a licensed and insured security services company, is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Security Operations Coordinator. This person will help manage daily operations, communicate with clients and security officers, and ensure schedules, service requests, attendance, and employee breaks are properly monitored. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, follow up consistently, and keep management informed of important issues. This position does not involve processing payroll or making major financial or management decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare professional security service proposals using company templates and pricing provided by management Respond to routine client phone calls, emails, questions, and service requests Submit client instructions and requests to the appropriate officers and supervisors Follow up with clients and employees to confirm requests have been completed Monitor employee clock-ins and confirm officers arrive at their assigned locations on time Contact employees regarding late arrivals, absences, missed clock-ins, and scheduling issues Monitor employee rest breaks and meal periods and follow up when breaks are late or missed Collect, review, and organize employee timesheets Identify and report missing hours, missed punches, and timesheet discrepancies to management Coordinate schedules, shift assignments, call-offs, and available coverage Communicate post orders, schedule changes, and client instructions to employees Follow up with officers regarding missing reports, photographs, or incident documentation Maintain organized employee, client, proposal, and operational records Provide management with updates regarding attendance issues, client concerns, and unresolved requests Perform routine administrative and operational duties as assigned Additional Business Development Duties When all daily operational responsibilities are completed, the coordinator may contact prospective clients using company-provided lead lists to introduce Main Patrol's security services. The coordinator will document the results of each call and forward interested prospective clients to management for pricing, meetings, proposals, and contract discussions. Cold calling is a secondary responsibility, and this position does not have a sales quota or responsibility for closing contracts. Qualifications Previous experience in operations coordination, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, or office administration preferred Security industry experience is preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization, follow-up, and multitasking abilities Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and holding employees accountable Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Proficiency with email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling or timekeeping software Ability to handle urgent attendance and scheduling matters professionally Dependable, responsive, and able to maintain confidentiality The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
