What to Expect Tesla is recruiting for an experienced Production Control Associate Manager to join our Megafactory Team and oversee day-to-day operations in Lathrop, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound material receiving, warehousing, conveyance (bring parts to the line), outbound finished goods and trailer yard operations. In this role, the Production Control Associate Manager is hands-on, and provides coaching and mentoring to the team, while striving to meet the goals and objectives of the organization. This indivisual will work closely with Production, Material Flow Engineering, Planning, Service Distribution and Logistics to ensure overall success of Tesla.
