Los Angeles, CA Position Summary We are seeking a Junior Scheduler with a minimum of three (3) years of scheduling experience to join our team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will support planning and scheduling activities while working closely with project managers, engineers, and project controls staff to develop and maintain project schedules. Experience with hospital or healthcare construction projects is highly desirable. Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 . Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and project teams to collect schedule updates. Prepare schedule reports, look-ahead schedules, and schedule analyses. Support schedule forecasting and assist in identifying potential project delays. Participate in project meetings and communicate scheduling updates to stakeholders. Ensure project schedules are aligned with contractual milestones and project objectives. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Scheduler. Proficiency in Primavera P6 . Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting hospital or healthcare construction projects . Familiarity with schedule analysis, forecasting, and progress reporting.
