Job Description
About the role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support critical day-to-day logistics and operational functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and continuity of operations across linehaul and warehouse workflows. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a high level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately input, maintain, and manage operational data across internal logs, systems, and documentation Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with company standards and procedures Manage professional email correspondence with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners Support daily logistics operations, including coordination and monitoring of linehaul activities Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track shipments, update statuses, and maintain operational visibility (training provided) Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow execution Follow established processes and standard operating procedures with a high degree of accuracy Respond effectively to shifting priorities and operational changes in a dynamic environment Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow direction and execute tasks with precision Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace Experience managing and navigating Outlook email in a professional setting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Working knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse workflows, and linehaul coordination Familiarity with logistics terminology and industry practices Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) Work Environment Fast-paced, operations-driven environment Collaborative, team-oriented setting with cross-functional interaction
