This shop has been bursting at the seams in 2026... they're going to move to a location in 2027 that is 3x the size of their current facility! The Operations Specialist is a true jack of all trades role. You'll keep the shop running day to day, coordinate builds from intake to delivery, and own the sourcing of aftermarket parts for BMW and Porsche vehicles. Because the shop is growing this fast, they need a self starter who can figure things out, take ownership without being told twice, and help build the processes that will carry them into the new facility.
They offer:
$60,000-$70,000 per year based on experience. M-F, 9AM-530PM, Fridays until 5PM. (OT eligible). Opportunity to turn your passion into a career (if you're a technician but do this work on your own, that would suffice!) Operations Specialist Responsibilities Keep daily shop operations moving by coordinating job flow, bay scheduling, and technician priorities so builds stay on track. Own procurement of all aftermarket parts, from sourcing and pricing to purchase orders, delivery timing, returns, and warranty claims. Serve as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and vendors on job status, part options, costs, and lead times. Build and maintain vendor and distributor relationships to secure availability and pricing on hard to find or low volume components. Run inventory and shop supply management, including stocking levels, reorder points, and cycle counts. Handle customer intake and delivery logistics, including estimates, work orders, invoicing support, and vehicle handoffs. Jump in wherever needed, from vendor follow up to shop organization to whatever the day throws at you. Operations Specialist Requirements Bachelors degree preferred. Experience in a VERY fast paced environment where you had to multitask. Not afraid to work autonomously. Excellent computer skills (typing 45+ wPM). Experience coordinating schedules, job flow, or operations in a shop, service, store or similar environment. Clear communication skills for working directly with customers and technicians on part selection and timelines. Self starter mentality! If you're interested in learning more about this role, please apply for immediate consideration. A Recruiter will contact you within 24 hours. Thanks!
