Solar Appointment Setter

Job Summary Leverage Our Sun LLC is hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods and educate them on solar energy and battery storage programs. Representatives are responsible for prospecting neighborhoods, generating leads, setting qualified appointments, and assisting homeowners in understanding potential energy savings and utility rate reduction options. Daily responsibilities include canvassing assigned territories, speaking directly with homeowners, collecting utility bill information when applicable, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate lead tracking through company systems. Representatives will also attend team trainings, develop product knowledge, and learn effective communication and sales techniques. This position works primarily in the field and requires strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Evening and Saturday availability is required, as these are peak homeowner contact hours. Compensation is performance-based with uncapped commission opportunities, bonuses, and advancement potential. No prior solar experience is required; training, mentorship, and ongoing sales support are provided.
