Newport Coast, CA Full-Time | In-Person Step Into a Career at the Forefront of Luxury Aesthetic Medicine We are one of Orange County's premier plastic surgery and medical spa destinations, and we're looking for a polished, detail-obsessed Patient Liaison & Surgery Scheduler to be the calm, confident voice our patients trust from their very first phone call through the day they walk into the operating room. This isn't a call center job. This is a white glove, concierge-level role for someone who understands that scheduling a surgery isn't just filling a calendar slot, it's guiding someone through one of the most personal decisions of their life. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for surgical patients, guiding them seamlessly from consultation to surgery day Coordinate and manage the surgical calendar, balancing OR availability, provider schedules, and patient preferences with precision Deliver a concierge-level experience at every touchpoint, phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person visits, that reflects the elevated standard our patients expect Explain pre-operative and post-operative instructions, financial arrangements, and consent paperwork with warmth and clarity Partner closely with our surgeons, nurses, and patient care coordinators to ensure every case is scheduled accurately and every patient feels fully prepared and supported Anticipate patient needs before they ask, following up proactively, easing pre-surgery anxiety, and making the entire process feel effortless Maintain meticulous, compliant records within our practice management and EMR systems Help troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and last-minute changes with grace under pressure What You Bring Surgery scheduling experience strongly preferred, plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine background is a major plus A natural talent for hospitality and relationship-building; you make people feel genuinely cared for, not processed Sharp organizational skills and comfort managing multiple calendars, providers, and moving pieces at once Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm, professional phone presence A high-end service mindset; you understand what "white glove" and "concierge" truly mean in practice, not just in theory Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive patient information Tech comfort with EMR/scheduling platforms (Symplast experience a plus, but not required) A team-first attitude and the composure to stay poised during a fast-moving, high-touch day Why Join Us Work alongside a highly respected surgeon and a close-knit team that takes real pride in patient outcomes Beautiful, modern office environment in Newport Coast, one of Orange County's most sought-after settings A practice culture built on excellence, discretion, and genuine care, not high-volume, transactional medicine Competitive pay, room to grow, and the chance to build real expertise in the luxury aesthetics space If you've ever wanted a role where your gift for making people feel taken care of actually matters, this is it.
