You will work with leadership, regional teams, and on-site staff to turn operational priorities into practical results. Job Description Monitor warehouse and regional performance, including productivity, service quality, capacity, and resource utilization; work with on-site teams to resolve issues Improve operational processes and standard operating procedures, and share effective practices across locations Analyze operational data, costs, labor productivity, and P&L results to identify improvement opportunities Prepare business reports with actionable recommendations and measure implementation results Support vendor management, service performance reviews, and commercial negotiations Coordinate cross-functional projects, including new warehouse launches and operational improvements; track milestones, deliverables, and risks Apply analytical and digital tools to improve efficiency and decision-making Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications At least 1 year of relevant professional experience; supply chain or operations experience preferred, particularly in logistics, warehousing, large-scale 3PL, or e-commerce logistics. (Candidates from other industries with demonstrated strengths in data analysis, stakeholder coordination are also welcome.) Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese Ability to travel 30%-50% and work directly with operational teams on-site Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to execute tasks and follow through Ability to learn quickly, interpret data, and solve practical problems Experience in vendor management, commercial negotiations, P&L, cost or labor productivity analysis, project management, or new warehouse launches preferred Practical skills in AI tools, data analysis and visualization, or process automation are a plus
Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
