We're growing fast, and our customers are the reason. We're looking for a high-energy phone professional to keep our members' homes running smoothly and bring past customers back to us. The Role You'll be the voice that keeps our customer relationships active. Your main focus is calling Service Lion Protection Plan members to schedule their included heating and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical maintenance visits. Beyond our membership base, you'll reach out to our broader customer base to find new service needs, reintroduce our trades, and book appointments that keep our technicians' schedules full. This is a high-volume, results-driven position. If you enjoy the phone, love hitting a number, and take pride in turning a quick call into a booked job, you'll do well here. What You'll Do Make a high volume of outbound calls each day, primarily to Protection Plan members, to schedule their seasonal and annual maintenance visits. Call past and inactive customers to uncover new service needs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and drain, and book appointments on the spot. Introduce non-members to the value of the Protection Plan and help convert interested customers to membership. Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments accurately in ServiceTitan, making sure every job has complete notes, correct job types, and the right business unit. Work call lists and campaigns strategically, prioritizing expiring memberships, overdue maintenance, and seasonal pushes. Coordinate with dispatch and the contact center to fill open capacity and keep technician schedules efficient. Handle objections professionally, and follow up persistently without being pushy. Track your activity and results daily, and bring ideas for improving scripts and campaigns. Follow all calling compliance requirements, including Do Not Call requests and company scripting standards. How Success Is Measured Call volume: [150+] outbound dials per day Booking accuracy: Jobs booked with correct job type, complete notes, and minimal cancellations Memberships sold/renewed: What We're Looking For 1+ years of outbound calling, inside sales, appointment setting, or call center experience (home services is a strong plus). Comfort making 150+ calls a day and staying positive through rejection. Clear, friendly, confident communication, with a natural ability to build quick rapport. A competitive drive and a track record of hitting or beating goals. Strong organization and attention to detail in data entry. Comfort learning new software. Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
