Oxnard, CA Job Details Part-time $26 - $31 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Microsoft Excel Data entry Organizational skills Warehouse experience Office experience Full Job Description About Us We are a fast-growing, family-owned produce packaging distributor serving the agriculture and food industry, based in the Oxnard area. You'll work closely with the owners in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with real opportunities to grow your career alongside the business. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations, including counting labels and product inventory to ensure accuracy Book and coordinate trucks for outbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery scheduling Prepare, process, and maintain all shipping paperwork and documentation Oversee labeling lines to ensure all products are correctly and consistently labeled in compliance with company standards Serve as a key point of communication between warehouse staff and ownership, providing regular updates on operations and progress Assist with general office tasks including data entry, email correspondence, and maintaining organized records Identify and flag any operational issues or discrepancies and work proactively to resolve them What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with QuickBooks is a plus Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently as well as part of a small team High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in inventory, labeling, and documentation Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Prior experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, or office coordination preferred Comfortable working in a warehouse environment alongside warehouse staff Bilingual English/Spanish required — you will be communicating with both staff and vendors in both languages Schedule Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule is flexible for the right candidate.
Pay:
$26.00 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
