As a Fund Operations Associate, you will oversee critical fund operations processes across the full investment lifecycle, including capital calls, distributions, cash management, investor data administration, and coordination with external service providers. Requirements Key Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of fund accounting experience gained with a private investment fund, fund administrator, or public accounting firm serving asset management clients.

+ CPA designation is a plus.

+ Demonstrated ability to take ownership, think proactively, and drive issues through resolution rather than simply escalating challenges.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

+ Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating evolving processes and priorities.

+ Interest in leveraging technology, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

+ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and accountability. This role ranges $110,000 to $125,000, along with a performance-based bonus, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, responsible time off (RTO), and a 401(k) plan.
