Duties Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. Oversee employee orientation programs and facilitate training & development sessions to enhance workforce skills and engagement. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations. Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, tracking progress via HRIS platforms like UltiPro or Oracle HCM, and assisting with succession planning efforts. Ensure regulatory compliance by managing affirmative action planning, OSHA requirements, FMLA administration, and HR legal compliance standards. Handle confidential employee information with integrity while maintaining accurate records through HR data collection and Excel data analysis. Assist with HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent and contribute to organization design and workforce management projects. Support conflict management efforts and employee relations activities by fostering open communication channels and resolving workplace issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated expertise in project management, change management, and strategic planning within HR functions. Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo or Kenexa BrassRing; advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis. Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing, personnel administration, and regulatory compliance management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally. Familiarity with employment & labor law practices related to recruiting, employee evaluation, and workforce management. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
