Temp-to-Hire Position Overview Our client is seeking a customer-focused Healthcare Scheduler to join their growing team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and caregivers, managing schedules, coordinating services, and supporting front office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage schedules for new and existing clients and caregivers Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client and caregiver inquiries professionally and promptly Serve as the front desk representative and first point of contact for visitors and callers Monitor daily scheduling needs and make adjustments as necessary Communicate schedule updates and changes to clients and caregivers Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems Collaborate with internal team members to ensure quality service and coverage Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with clients and caregivers Qualifications 1-2 years of scheduling experience required Previous healthcare, home healthcare, home care, or medical office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Experience answering multi-line phones and working in a front office or receptionist capacity Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software systems Preferred Skills Experience coordinating schedules for multiple employees or clients Ability to problem-solve and think quickly when schedule changes arise Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-service-driven professional who enjoys helping others and thrives in a busy healthcare setting.
