Join Casa Treatment Center as we support our patients suffering from addiction. Founded in 1967, Casa is one of the only treatment centers in Southern California designed to specifically meet the needs of women in recovery. Casa Treatment Center is a residential, outpatient, and sober living substance abuse facility headquartered in Pasadena. Casa is licensed by the State of California Department of Health Care Services and accredited as a behavioral health care program by the Joint Commission. Job Description The Operations Coordinator is a member of the administrative team and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This temporary position supports agency compliance with administrative and agency responsibilities in the following areas: administrative operations, vendor coordination, facilities support, employee compliance tracking, accreditation, licensure, and state standards. The position requires timely, professional communication with vendors, management, staff, clients, community partners, and internal administrative stakeholders. Responsibilities
Licenses and Certifications:
Ensure business, city, state, and accreditation agency licenses and certifications are current, in compliance and properly displayed.- Contracting with

Facilitate communication with outside vendors, assist with invoice follow-up, maintain vendor records, and support contract coordinationAdministrative Support:
Collaborate with all management staff to provide required administrative and operational support for the organization.- Monitoring of Employee Compliance in alignment with company policies and procedures: Conduct ongoing monitoring of staff certifications, credentials, driving records, CPR/First Aid, TB testing and all other areas of compliance as outlined by company policy and procedures.
- Collaborates with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer to coordinate vendors that provide landscaping, pest control, HVAC and other facilities needs, including gathering information, scheduling service, tracking follow-up, and supporting price comparison when requested.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities, operations, administrative compliance, or a related support role; experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated environment preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Valid CA Driver's License Temporary Position
- This is a temporary position intended to provide time-limited operational, facilities, and compliance support for Casa Treatment Center.
- Schedule, duration, and eligibility for any benefits will be determined based on organizational need and applicable policies.
Pay:
