This role will help coordinate communication, assist with daily operational matters, and support smooth cooperation with Vietnam-based teams, vendors, or partners. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Vietnamese and English and have a good understanding of Vietnam's business environment and culture. Key Responsibilities Support communication between the U.S. team and Vietnam teams, vendors, or partners. Translate or explain business-related information between English and Vietnamese when needed. Assist with emails, reports, documentation, and follow-up tasks. Help coordinate operational matters and project updates. Provide cultural and business communication support to improve cooperation. Support management with Vietnam-related communication and coordination. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field . Fluent in Vietnamese and English , both written and spoken. Good understanding of Vietnam's business environment, culture, and communication style. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or business coordination is preferred.
