Leading electronic testing company (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support mechanical inspection operations by processing precision-machined components through manual and automated inspection systems, performing microscopic visual inspections, operating precision measurement equipment, and ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
Process precision-machined components through manual and automated mechanical inspection operations while ensuring compliance with manufacturing quality standards and operational procedures. Perform detailed visual inspections using microscopes and operate automated inspection equipment to verify product quality, dimensional accuracy, and conformance to specifications. Utilize precision measurement tools, including pin, thread, and ring gages, to inspect high-volume production parts and accurately document inspection results. Support manufacturing operations by using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Microsoft Excel, and Windows-based applications to track production activities and maintain accurate inspection records. Maintain operational excellence by following work instructions, interpreting engineering specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), collaborating with team members, and supporting training on day shift when required.
Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
Some college coursework or technical training is preferred. Proficiency using Windows PC applications and Microsoft Excel. Experience performing high-volume parts inspection and handling. Experience operating automated inspection equipment. Experience performing microscopic visual inspection. Experience using precision pin, thread, and ring gages. Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Ability to interpret engineering specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). (H)
