Job Description

Overview:
In this full-time role, you will support mechanical inspection processes on swing shift. Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations, including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position. The start time for this position is between 12 pm and 1pm. May be required to work on day shift during training periods.
Qualifications:
Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use Strong manual dexterity High‑volume parts inspection and handling Automated inspection equipment operation Microscopic visual inspection Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
