This individual will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients who have requested information through our social-media marketing campaigns. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls, engage prospective clients, identify their needs, and schedule qualified appointments with our insurance and retirement specialists. This position also supports front-desk operations and provides general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, dependable, and excellent on the phone. You must be comfortable speaking with new people, following a proven script, overcoming initial objections, and consistently following up with leads. Duties Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have requested information through our online and social-media campaigns. Professionally introduce our firm, identify the reason for the client's inquiry, and schedule appointments with the appropriate advisor. Respond promptly to incoming calls, text messages, and client inquiries. Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with clients who need to reschedule. Maintain accurate lead notes, contact information, and appointment statuses in our CRM system. Provide a welcoming and professional experience for clients visiting the office. Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for insurance and retirement consultations. Follow company scripts, procedures, and follow-up systems. Assist with data entry, document collection, filing, and other general office responsibilities. Protect confidential client and financial information at all times. Meet daily outbound-calling and appointment-setting expectations. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Excellent verbal communication skills in both languages. Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence. Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, lead follow-up, reception, or an office environment is preferred. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and speaking with prospective clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office, calendars, and basic CRM systems. Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural and conversational. Dependable, punctual, coachable, and able to work independently. Insurance or financial-services experience is helpful but not required.
