THIS IS A CLOSING POSITION

• Obtains necessary financial, and/or medical updates along with HIPAA forms Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment Answer incoming calls to include: new patient calls, requesting records, and follow up Prepare, maintain and monitor schedule for multiple providers Understand speech therapy terminology for proper scheduling and treatment coordinating Understand insurance benefits to effectively educate patients on their speech therapy benefits Perform general front office duties and other duties as required Obtaining a signed financial agreement to pay and collect payment for speech therapy co-payment Verify speech therapy insurance information
