Job Description

Bilingual Scheduling CoordinatorJob Summary We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to manage patient scheduling, streamline front office operations, coordinate speech therapy treatment plans, and explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and effectively. Responsibilities & Duties In your role as a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator , your daily duties will include: Obtains necessary financial, and/or medical updates along with HIPAA forms Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment Answer incoming calls to include: new patient calls, requesting records, and follow up Prepare, maintain and monitor schedule for multiple providers Understand speech therapy terminology for proper scheduling and treatment coordinating Understand insurance benefits to effectively educate patients on their speech therapy benefits Perform general front office duties and other duties as required Obtaining a signed financial agreement to pay and collect payment for speech therapy co-payment Verify speech therapy insurance information Key Qualifications & Skills To excel as a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator , candidates should possess: Strong front office and patient coordination skills Ability to understand speech therapy terminology for proper scheduling and treatment coordinating Knowledge to verify speech therapy insurance information and educate patients on their speech therapy benefits Ability to handle financial tasks including obtaining signed financial agreements and collecting co-payments Proficiency in managing schedules for multiple providers while maintaining high standards of patient care
Pay:
$19.50 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 per week
