THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION

— We are looking for a highly experienced, fearless cold-calling Appointment Setter to join our solar sales team. This is NOT an entry-level role. You will be making outbound cold calls to homeowners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting solid in-home appointments for our closers to finalize the deal. If you thrive on rejection, know how to control a conversation, and can consistently produce high-quality appointments — this is for you.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months proven solar appointment-setting experience (1+ year preferred) , a strong work ethic, and the drive to succeed in a structured, results-oriented environment. Sales experience is very much looked for and appreciated as well. Customer Service helps but sales experience will benefit you most.
