Our goal is to coach and train this position into the director of operations for our organization. Real estate experience would be a plus but not necessary! Skills Necessary Proactive Communication Native to AI tools to improve efficiency Ability to leverage AI tools to automate workflows. Real estate license a plus. Anticipate needs of clients. Ability to adapt to a fast paced working environment Willingness to complete tasks even beyond the time you're off. Ability to execute in a free environment without being directed. Ability to prioritize workflow and manage time effectively Comfortable working in database systems and effectively building task lists. Ability to operate without direction. Implementation of ideas and ability to create lists of priority. Customer service orientation. Real estate contract knowledge. Technology focused and willing to implement technology in your daily tasks, understanding of AI assistants Necessary competency 1)Technology savvy. 2)Familiar with database management/spreadsheet creation. 3)Familiar with g suite products. 4)Familiar with creating systems to streamline processes. Responsibilities 1)Office management and answering office phones. 2)Client care and communication. 3)Responsible to create systems to improve company, create efficiencies, and execute strategies. 4)Assist administrative team with executing projects and transactions. 5)Oversight over real estate transactions/providing customer service to clients proactively. 6)Managing client care, client retention programs, community outreach. 7)Managing office expenses, Quickbooks coordination and billing. 8)Oboarding and training new staff and agents. 9)Keeping and creating training systems up to date and relevant. 10)Create and assist in managing events and marketing materials.
