We are looking for an organized, people-focused Operations Coordinator who thrives on keeping a team on track, loves coaching people to hit their goals, and is passionate about running a studio that works. What You'll Do:
Coach and manage our booking and sales team through weekly performance reviews and short, focused one-on-ones Run our standing team meetings on a consistent weekly schedule Track weekly numbers, spot patterns, and bring solutions—not just problems—when something's off track Walk the studio daily, keeping it organized, stocked, and ready for every session Support scheduling, reschedules, and day-to-day client logistics Help with hiring, onboarding, and supply/vendor needs as they come up Communicate with the team clearly and consistently, and know when to make a call yourself versus bring it to leadership Support studio events and logistics as needed
Who We're Looking For:
A natural leader who's managed or coached people before—this role leads, not just administers Comfortable with numbers but doesn't hide behind them—you dig into why, not just what Organized, consistent, and dependable—you run the same meeting the same way every week Strong communicator with excellent people skills—direct, warm, and clear Tech-savvy (Google Suite, CRM tools) Positive, steady, and adaptable—comfortable making decisions and comfortable knowing when not to
