This role is essential in ensuring appropriate staffing coverage to meet resident care needs while maintaining compliance with facility guidelines and operational requirements. $21.00-$25.00 per hour Full -Time Benefits available Staffing & Scheduling Create and maintain nursing schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage. Coordinate staffing for call-offs, vacations, leaves, and open shifts. Monitor staffing levels based on census and resident care needs. Respond to urgent staffing needs and secure coverage when necessary. Administrative Support Maintain accurate staffing, attendance, and scheduling records. Communicate schedule updates and changes to staff and leadership. Assist with onboarding schedules for new hires. Support staffing-related clerical and administrative functions. Compliance & Coordination Ensure schedules meet facility policies and staffing requirements. Work closely with nursing leadership to address staffing concerns. Track attendance, tardiness, and absenteeism as directed. Maintain confidentiality of employee and resident information. Qualifications Previous staffing, scheduling, or healthcare administrative experience preferred. Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is a plus.
