$20.62 - $55.25/hour

Hours:

Part-Time, 24 hours per week Summary We are seeking an R D Strategic Operations Temp to support program management activities across a growing TechOps/CMC development portfolio. In this role, you will support integrated planning, governance, risk and dependency management, and cross-functional coordination across technical functions. The position will provide program management capacity to help maintain program visibility and enable key development and program milestones. What You'll Do Support program management activities across the TechOps/CMC portfolio

Develop and maintain integrated CMC program plans and timelines in Planisware, including milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables

Coordinate meeting cadences and governance activities, including agendas, action tracking, decision documentation, and follow-up

Maintain and track CMC risks, actions, issues, and decisions, ensuring clear ownership, current status, timely follow-up, and escalation as appropriate

Partner with TechOps Program Managers and functional stakeholders to provide accurate visibility into program progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones

Provide operational support to enable Program Managers to focus on strategic, cross-functional, and program-level responsibilities as the portfolio expands What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience

Typically 3-5+ years of relevant experience supporting functional projects, processes, analysis, documentation, or operations

Strong program and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs, projects, or workstreams with competing priorities and deadlines

Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to develop and maintain integrated plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths

Experience owning RAID logs or equivalent governance tracking, including risk, action, issue, and decision tracking, with timely follow-up and escalation

Experience with Planisware or similar enterprise project or portfolio management tools, such as MS Project or Smartsheet, strongly preferred
