2997287292-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As a Field Operations Coordinator at OPENLANE, you'll support day-to-day field activities across automotive sites, ensuring timely vehicle movement, accurate inventory, and consistent site readiness. You'll coordinate with field teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize schedules, and maintain high service standards. Leveraging OPENLANE's automation and AI-driven tools, you'll analyze operations data, identify process improvements, and support new technology rollouts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys optimizing field operations. Responsibilities Coordinate daily field operations across automotive sites to ensure smooth, on-time execution of activities and services Oversee vehicle and equipment movements, inventory accuracy, and site readiness for inspections and customer visits Serve as primary liaison between field teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve operational issues quickly Track KPIs, analyze field performance data, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime Support rollout of new
