Job Description

You will assist our operations team with: Communicating with Spanish- and English-speaking field employees Assisting with daily crew scheduling and dispatch Reviewing job schedules, addresses, staffing and special instructions Updating jobs and employee information in Jobber Helping ensure crews receive accurate information before leaving for jobs Tracking company keys, supplies, equipment and vehicles Following up with field teams regarding job progress and operational issues Assisting management with employee call-outs and schedule changes Helping coordinate new employee onboarding and field orientation Supporting quality-control follow-up Maintaining operational records and checklists Assisting with special projects designed to improve company operations Translating operational instructions and communications between English and Spanish when necessary
What We're Looking For Required:
Fluent/professional communication skills in both English and Spanish Strong organizational skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable communicating directly with employees and supervisors Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Good written and verbal communication skills Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Willingness to learn new software and business systems Professional judgment and discretion
Preferred:
Current college student or recent graduate studying Business Administration, Operations, Management, Human Resources, Communications or a related field Previous office, customer-service, hospitality, property-management or operations experience Experience working with scheduling or workforce-management software Familiarity with Jobber or similar field-service software What You'll Learn This internship is designed to provide practical experience in how a growing service business operates day to day.

A high-performing intern may have the opportunity to advance into an Operations Assistant or Operations Coordinator position as the company continues to grow. We value people who take initiative, communicate clearly, solve problems and can be trusted with increasing responsibility. Schedule Approximately 20-25 hours per week . Morning availability is strongly preferred because much of our daily field coordination occurs at the beginning of the workday.
