What You'll Do:

Connect with inbound prospective customers by phone Qualify and gather customer information Schedule appointments and coordinate next steps with the internal team Maintain organized notes and activity updates Deliver a positive and professional customer experience Support daily communication and administrative workflows +

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable handling high phone activity throughout the day Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and computer systems Customer service, sales support, SDR/BDR, scheduling, or call center experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus +
