Long-term Scheduler needed for a major Bay Area pharmaceutical campus construction Project's duration is 5+ years, starting immediately Ideal candidate has a minimum 3 year commercial / life sciences construction scheduling experience, and minimum 5 year experience in the construction industry Excellent communication and coordination skills are required. Full time, long horizon, stable employment. Work is to be performed on campus in South San Francisco 4 days/week, with an option to work 1 day/week remotely. Your Responsibilities Construction Planning:
Lead Planning and Scheduling as a Client's Rep.
Schedule Management:
Oversee and manage comprehensive contractor schedules, ensuring strict alignment with project milestones and owner's scheduling specifications.
Advanced Analysis:
Perform rigorous schedule variance analysis.
LLE Coordination:
Assist in strategic planning for Long Lead Equipment (LLE) and Required On-Job (ROJ) dates.
Schedule Integrity:
Conduct detailed schedule quality checks and coordinate complex interdependencies and critical path validation.
Reporting:
Manage all schedule-related reporting, providing clear visibility into project health and potential bottlenecks.
Collaboration:
Review contractor progress and provide expert analysis to support the project leadership team.
Critical Path & Risk Monitoring:

5+ years of dedicated experience in project planning and scheduling.
Technical Mastery:
Deep expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) and schedule quality metrics.
