Job Description

Production Training & Operations Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a Production Training & Operations Specialist to support training development, onboarding, and operational excellence within a high-volume bakery production environment. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining training processes, improving onboarding efficiency for new hires, and ensuring training documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date. A significant portion of time (approximately 80%) will be spent on the production floor to gain hands-on experience across all operational roles. The position reports directly to the Production Supervisor . Key Responsibilities Develop, document, and maintain training processes and procedures for bakery production operations. Streamline and improve the onboarding and training process for new hires. Maintain organization and accuracy of all training files and related documentation. Spend approximately 80% of time on the production floor supporting operations and training activities. Learn and perform all production roles within the facility to ensure full operational understanding. Support continuous improvement efforts related to training and production efficiency. Ensure training materials remain current, accessible, and aligned with operational standards. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Proficiency with computers and basic software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn and perform all production roles within a bakery environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stack boxes up to 7 feet high. Willingness to work in a hands-on production environment.
