Job Description
Overview Stanford University Golf Course is seeking motivated, hospitality-driven individuals to join our team, working closely with the Golf Professional Staff to deliver exceptional service to members, alumni, faculty, staff, students, and guests. Experience Required
- Interest in golf, hospitality, or customer service
- Positive attitude & commitment to great service
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
- Golf operations experience is a plus
- Flexible schedule — weekends, holidays, mornings & evenings Essential Responsibilities
- Greet & assist players with check-in, tee times, and inquiries
- Support daily professional shop & golf operations
- Assist with outside services & golf cart operations
- Support practice facility operations & presentation
- Assist with retail sales, merchandising & inventory
- Support member tournaments & university events
- Help with daily opening/closing procedures
- Support operations during the Clubhouse renovation
