AmeriPrime Healthcare Inc. is a home health agency providing high quality patient centered care in Northern California, and is looking to hire an entry level, Full Time Intake Scheduling Coordinator.
Compensation:

Acts as main point of contact with patient's primary care team and helps in obtaining home health orders. Acts as a primary liaison with referral sources, outside agencies, health professionals, and field staff. Receives and coordinates incoming calls, providing patients/clients, and referral sources with basic information to assist in accessing appropriate services. Assist in intake screening including obtaining physician order, verifying insurance eligibility, and analyzing all required information to make a preliminary admission decision. Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.Qualifications:
Positive attitude and ability to confront problems constructively highly motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work well and participate in a multidisciplinary team settingEducation & Experience Requirements:
Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license Experience in medical services or clinical environment with knowledge of medical terminology including previous intake experience of Home Health, Hospice & Home Care At least one year medical office, preferred. Experience using Kinnser/Wellsky a plus!Pay:
