Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) offers transportation services like FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less Than Truckload), brokerage, cross-border trucking, groupage, and sortation hubs, connecting Maersk or Customer warehouses or depots or cross-dock/consolidation/deconsolidation facilities through a robust network led by best-in-class operations and technology. This integrated network will service multi-channels like B2B, B2C, B2B2C, e-commerce, direct to store, dropship, returns, and more, leveraging asset-based, asset-light, and non-asset models. Job Summary The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day success of logistics and distribution operations. This position partners closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate daily planning activities, monitor the movement of delivery and return orders, and ensure efficient workflow execution. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and problem-solving are essential. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process daily return shipments to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight. Review and manage daily return reports and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation to maintain shipment visibility and accountability. Maintain an organized returns area, ensuring all shipments are clearly identified and easily accessible. Strategically prioritize freight for loading to maximize trailer utilization and operational efficiency. Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Hub Operations teams to support seamless transportation activities. Collaborate with corporate partners and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Assist with customer service inquiries by providing timely and professional support. Contribute to overall operational success by supporting additional projects and responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Routing experience; Dispatch Track software experience a plus Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks. Detail-oriented with strong time management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset. Bilingual Spanish is a plus Pay Range $23.00

- Monday (off Tuesday and Wednesday), 11:30am
- 8:00pm or Friday
- Tuesday (off Wednesday and Thursday), 11:30am
- 8:00pm The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
