Job Summary Habitat for Humanity of Tulare/Kings Counties is seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support core functions across our housing programs, financial systems, and volunteer engagement efforts. This multifaceted role is essential to ensuring operational excellence and alignment with our mission: that everyone deserves a decent place to live. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excels at balancing administrative tasks with community-facing coordination, and thrives in a collaborative, service-focused nonprofit environment. This position plays a key role in supporting homeowners, managing volunteers, ensuring compliance, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Pay:

$24.50 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 29.0 - 40.0 per week
