This role combines systems administration, technical support, automation, software implementation, and operational readiness testing to help ensure reliable, scalable technology solutions across the organization. If you are a proactive problem solver who enjoys balancing technical support, systems administration, automation, and process improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and are driven to enhance operational efficiency through technology - this Technology Operations Specialist is for you. Key Responsibilities Administer cloud-based business systems, user accounts, device management platforms, and technology infrastructure. Deploy, maintain, and manage hardware, software, and endpoint devices. Develop automations, scripts, workflows, and operational reporting solutions. Participate in technology projects from planning through implementation. Validate software enhancements, identify workflow issues, and support user acceptance testing. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and training materials. Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, efficiency, and user experience. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, technical operations, business systems, or software implementation. Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and modern cloud-based applications. Experience supporting Windows, macOS environments and mobile device management (MDM) platforms. Scripting or automation tool experience such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript a plus Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance practices. #LI-EM1 #
