This position supports our schedule by serving as a polished, respectful first point of contact for homeowners exploring comfort solutions. Key responsibilities include engaging shoppers in a retail setting, offering clear high-level information about our services, collecting customer details accurately, and scheduling consultation appointments while representing our brand with a customer-first, safety-minded approach.
Required qualifications/skills:
Strong verbal communication and professional customer service (basic sales/lead generation experience preferred) Comfortable starting conversations and addressing light questions or hesitations courteously Reliable, detail-focused, and able to complete app-based entry on a phone If you're a retired professional or simply looking for flexible, part-time work with steady interaction, we encourage you to apply. A Typical Shift You'll arrive at your assigned retail location with your own transportation, get settled at your station, and be ready as foot traffic builds.
