Investment Operations Associate

Role:
We're a boutique RIA looking for a detail-oriented operations associate to support portfolio administration, client reporting, and day-to-day back-office workflows.
What We're Looking For:
Strong computer skills — comfortable across Excel, portfolio management/trading platforms, and everyday office software
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of programming (Python, VBA, or similar) is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
