Salary Range:
$23.95 - $28.32 per hour plus Benefits. Stadium Medical is looking for a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and skills to solve complex scenarios to come on as a Scheduling Coordinator for a complex EMS company in the Greater Denver Area. If you enjoy solving puzzles and making everything fit just right then this might be the position for you. We are looking for someone who thrives on organization, attention to detail, and the challenge of building efficient, people-centered schedules for our EMS team. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all shifts are properly staffed, balancing operational needs with employee preferences, and adapting quickly to last-minute changes. You'll work closely with EMTs and paramedics, operations supervisors, and administration, requiring excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency with scheduling software and digital tools is a must. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and knowing that their behind-the-scenes efforts directly support lifesaving work. You'll gain a deep understanding of team dynamics and logistics—plus, there's real satisfaction in making a complex schedule click into place .
SCHEDULE
40 hours per week or Full Time Equivalency, Monday through Friday - in Office. Day time hours with some room for flexibility dependent on candidate.

MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of Scheduling is a plus but not a necessity , demonstrate p roficient skills in MS Suite, Google Workspace tools , and ability to learn scheduling software . The candidate must d emonstrate a history of exceptional customer service skills. One year of s cheduling experience is preferred .
