This role is at the heart of our Behavioral Health Respite program, helping ensure our clients and their families receive the consistent, high-quality support they deserve. A Behavioral Health Office Coordinator oversees and manages the provision of respite services to clients. This includes coordinating schedules, managing caregiver assignments, communicating with clients and their families, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of care provided. Office Coordinator -Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for client scheduling and staffing. Works with a clinical supervisor to coordinate client care and needs. Effective communication skills when interacting with clients/staff. Serves as the main point of contact between client, office staff and care providers. Work as liaison between third party case management and clinical supervisory staff. First point of contact to complete initial client intake referrals. Critical documentation of BHR respite providers schedule needs/client care needs. Participate in the maintenance of a professional office environment. Create and implement new procedures to increase department productivity. Adherence to Security and HIPAA policies and procedures. Process monthly insurance verifications and ensure adherence to insurance guidelines. Provides administrative support to Supervisors and Executive Director. Operate as part of a dynamic team environment.Education & Experience:

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferredExperience:
1 year of homecare office coordination experience (preferred) 1 year experience working with behavioral health or mental health practice (preferred)License/Certification:
Driver's license (preferred)Compensation:
Pay:
$25 per hour, based on education and experienceSchedule:
