About the Role As a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and external partners to ensure seamless production workflows. You will leverage your expertise in vendor management and data analysis to optimize project timelines, drive efficiency, and maintain high standards of operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of subcontracting engagements, ensuring all deliverables align with project milestones and quality benchmarks. Cultivate productive partnerships with external vendors to streamline communication and proactively address operational bottlenecks. Utilize ERP and MRP platforms to track production progress and maintain rigorous documentation for all agreements. Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights that improve vendor reliability and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure that external production capacity consistently meets internal business demands. Implement advanced organizational tools, including spreadsheet automation and AI-driven workflows, to enhance tracking accuracy. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Demonstrated success in procurement, subcontract management, or vendor relations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making. Preferred Skills Direct experience navigating and optimizing ERP/MRP system environments. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
