Job Description
Our home care agency, located in the Hartford area, is looking for its newest scheduler. We offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for career advancement. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing the scheduling of our team of caregivers, ensuring that our clients receive the care they need regularly. The Scheduler will work closely with our Directors of Client Care to coordinate and schedule care services for our clients. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for all calls to the agency. Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments based on client care plans and caregiver availability Communicate regularly with caregivers to ensure they are aware of their schedules and any changes to their assignments. Collaborate with the Directors of Client Care to ensure that all clients receive the care they need regularly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling information in our agency's database. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of three years of scheduling and office experience Staff management Ability to handle high call volume Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with scheduling software and databases preferred Our Home Care agency is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our clients.
