Job Description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler II positions in Meriden, CT. Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily production planning and scheduling activities, translating demand into detailed production plans aligned with capacity and material availability
  • Review and act on ERP/MRP messages, exceptions, and system recommendations to maintain accurate and achievable production schedules
  • Monitor service levels, schedule adherence, inventory targets, and material availability while identifying and mitigating supply chain risks
  • Partner with Production, Customer Service, QC, and QA teams to ensure successful execution of production plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, materials planning, supply planning, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (JD Edwards E1 preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Pay Details:
