Shift Detail:
Per diem Unit Secretary position with varying shift hours 5:00am-7:30p, based on department needs. Work where every moment matters. The CIA through communication, requisitioning and management of supplies and equipment, coordinates the activities of the nursing staff, the patient, the physician, other hospital departments and visitors. He/she performs general receptionist and clerical duties in order to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent, additional education preferred. One-two years of administrative experience is preferred. Requires good keyboarding and PC skills, good communication, telephone skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency in use of various office machinery.
