  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Regional Coordinator to support operations across multiple residential recovery housing locations.
This role will assist with coordinating daily operations, supporting house managers, ensuring properties remain well maintained, and helping maintain consistent standards across all locations. The Regional Coordinator will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth communication between staff, monitor operational needs at each property, and assist in implementing systems that support the continued growth of the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple locations. Responsibilities Support daily operations across multiple residential recovery housing locations Maintain regular communication with house managers and on-site staff Assist with coordinating property maintenance and operational needs Conduct periodic site visits to ensure properties remain clean, organized, and compliant with company standards Help monitor occupancy levels and assist with resident move-in coordination when needed Support leadership with operational projects and implementation of internal systems Assist in maintaining documentation, operational checklists, and internal reporting Ensure company policies and house standards are consistently followed across all locations Help identify operational challenges and communicate solutions to leadership Assist with coordination of supplies, logistics, and property needs across houses Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in operations, property management, residential programs, or similar roles Experience supporting multi-location operations preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Experience coordinating teams or supporting staff across different locations is a plus Comfortable conducting site visits and supporting operational oversight Proficient with basic administrative tools (email, spreadsheets, scheduling, reporting) Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Experience in recovery housing, behavioral health, property management, or hospitality operations is preferred but not required
