By leveraging your expertise in capacity planning and inventory oversight, you will drive efficiency and ensure our manufacturing output consistently meets customer commitments. Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive production timelines that balance resource availability with fluctuating order volumes. Partner with procurement and logistics departments to guarantee a seamless flow of raw materials and operational resources. Evaluate manufacturing throughput and equipment utilization to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Maintain real-time visibility into production status, proactively adjusting schedules to mitigate potential delays. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure all output adheres to rigorous technical specifications. Manage inventory levels strategically to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess carrying costs. Resolve complex scheduling conflicts through data-driven analysis and cross-functional communication. Required Skills Demonstrated success in production scheduling, supply chain coordination, or manufacturing operations. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable operational strategies.
