Duties Act as the crucial link between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring orders are accurately assembled and delivered swiftly to guests Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to prioritize food preparation and expedite orders efficiently Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining cleanliness to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to uphold high standards of culinary excellence Support food safety protocols by handling dishes properly and adhering to sanitation guidelines Provide friendly, attentive service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to manage busy service periods smoothly, maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of kitchen processes, food preparation, and food handling safety standards Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume service times while maintaining attention to detail Experience with banquet service or large event catering is a plus Basic culinary understanding and cooking knowledge beneficial for quality assurance Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences Spanish and English Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining moments.
