SCS Direct is looking for an organized, computer-savvy individual to join our warehouse team as an Amazon Fulfillment Operations Specialist. This is not a traditional pick-and-pack warehouse position. It is a hands-on operations role that combines computer work, inventory management, shipment planning, labeling, and physical shipment preparation. You will be responsible for setting up and preparing shipments that are sent to Amazon fulfillment centers throughout the country. The right candidate enjoys working with systems, organizing information, solving problems, and making sure every detail is correct. You must also be comfortable working in a warehouse and helping physically prepare products and pallets for shipment. What You Will Do Create and manage Amazon shipments using computer-based systems Review shipment plans and organize products by destination Enter product quantities, carton information, weights, dimensions, and pallet details Verify inventory and confirm that the correct products and quantities are being shipped Print, organize, and apply product, carton, and pallet labels Make sure Amazon labels are accurate, readable, and placed correctly Coordinate product preparation, including labeling, packaging, and collation Pack cartons and organize products on pallets Weigh, measure, wrap, and prepare completed pallets for carrier pickup Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records Monitor shipment progress and make sure deadlines are met Identify inventory shortages, labeling errors, and other shipment problems Research discrepancies and communicate issues to the appropriate team Keep your workstation, files, supplies, and shipment areas organized Work with warehouse, inventory, and shipping teams to complete shipments accurately and efficiently Help improve processes and identify better ways to organize and complete the work What We Are Looking For Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities at the same time Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Confidence working with numbers, quantities, weights, and measurements The ability to follow detailed procedures without skipping steps Clear communication skills A dependable and responsible approach to work The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team A willingness to ask questions and investigate information when something does not look correct Experience with Amazon Seller Central, warehouse management systems, shipping software, Microsoft Excel, inventory management, or data entry is helpful but not required. We are willing to train someone who is organized, comfortable with computers, and able to learn quickly.
