Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler to drive production efficiency and ensure seamless operations across manufacturing processes. In this vital role, you will coordinate production schedules, optimize resource utilization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets. Your expertise in manufacturing management systems, supply chain analytics, and process improvement will be key to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using ERP systems such as ECI M1 and other manufacturing management tools, aligning with demand forecasts and capacity constraints. Collaborate closely with production, procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to synchronize activities and ensure timely delivery of products. Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to analyze inventory levels, forecast material needs, and optimize supply chain efficiency. Monitor production progress daily, identify bottlenecks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep schedules on track. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data from Excel spreadsheets, supply chain analytics, and lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Maintain accurate documentation of production plans, changes, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Qualifications 1-5 years Proven experience in manufacturing planning within a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in
SAP, ERP
systems, MRP software, and Microsoft Excel data analysis tools. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as Lean management and Lean manufacturing techniques. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across departments. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field preferred; relevant work experience also considered.
