We are looking for a Self-Starter, Independent, Motivated, Do-Whatever-it-Takes-Individual.   • Tuesday through Saturday & Sunday through Thursday
  • , 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with opportunities to cover other shifts when needed.
What you'll do: Perform the Efficient Scheduling of Chauffeurs and Monitor Overtime Arrange and Schedule the Vehicle Fleet in the proper order of usage Accurately track and log Trip Statuses throughout the Shift of In-House and Farm-Out (Affiliate Markets) Manage Chauffeur Staff, Addressing Issues and Training Needs Assist the Reservation Staff in Handling Client Calls (Entering Reservations, Making Changes, and Sending Confirmations) Provide On-Call assistance for after-hours issues that can't be resolved by our
Overnight and Weekend Reservations and Dispatch Staff The Ideal Candidate Must:
Have Dispatching Experience and Be able to Manage Multiple Tasks, and Work in a Time-Sensitive, Fast-Paced Environment Manage Multiple Phone Lines to Answer Client Questions, Make Quick Changes to the Dispatching Schedule, and Provide Pricing Quotes (as needed) Be a Team Player with our Reservation and Operations Staff Speak and Write Articulately, Clearly, and Always present a Professional Attitude Type Accurately and Quickly, and always present a Professional Attitude Type Accurately and Quickly (over 40 words per minute), have Above-Average Computer Skills, and be familiar with Microsoft Office Have Customer Service Experience, be Customer-Focused, Detail-Oriented and be able to work with others in a Kind, Confident Manner Wondering about
