Job Description

Vobile is the worldwide leading Software-as-a-Service provider in digital content protection and monetization. We are guided by data, a love of entertainment, and an entrepreneurial spirit, servicing the world's largest video platforms, film & TV studios, sports leagues, music labels, and brands. You'll be joining a dedicated, focused Operations team as a part of Vobile's Channel Management Department. This position reports to our Manager of Creative Operations and is responsible for viewing our partners' TV and film content, selecting standout clips that resonate with YouTube audiences, and ensuring they're uploaded and optimized effectively on the platform. Our ideal candidate is someone with a love of movies and television that can quickly locate and clip content that is compelling and shareable. Responsibilities Watch, analyze, and review hours of our partners' TV and film content to identify the most engaging and shareable moments. Evaluate clip potential based on factors such as entertainment value, relevance, and potential virality. Trim and edit selected content to meet YouTube's guidelines and optimize viewer retention. Ensure that clips maintain the integrity and intent of the original content while also being tailored to the YouTube platform. Upload selected clips to our partners' YouTube channels, ensuring that the video quality remains consistent and adheres to platform standards. Draft compelling titles and descriptions for each uploaded clip to enhance discoverability and SEO value. Select or design engaging thumbnails that effectively represent each clip's content and appeal to potential viewers. Work closely with the account management team to align clip selections with overarching client goals. Become familiar with the clients' brand voice by studying client specific trends and social media accounts. Regularly research and stay informed about YouTube's best practices, trends, and updates to ensure Vobile's content remains competitive and in line with platform guidelines. Qualifications Experience editing content for social platforms Basic experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Basic Photoshop experience Passion for television and movies Deep understanding of social format trends Knowledge of YouTube and/or other social platforms Comfortable with meeting deadlines A positive, collaborative, and reliable person Ability to work on multiple projects at once Even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we'd still like to hear from you!
